After Sivert Johan T(h)ormodsen's death in 1868, she married their lodger, a widower, p03 Johan Knudsen [step3gF;step4gF;step5gF], sometime before 1877. In 1887 he went bankrupt, and the two sons, Sivert-Martinius and Tollak bought the house. He died later and the two sons emigrated to Mineapolis, USA, in 1910.

o04 Mandia Olsen (née T(h)ormodsen) [2gM;3gM;4gM] was the daughter of Sivert Johan T(h)ormodsen and Marthe and was born on 16 December 1853 in Stavanger, Norway. She died on 30 September 1914 (1914 quarter 4, Whitechaple, folio 1c page 280). She was married to o03 Christian Olsen [2gF;3gF;4gF] and they lived at 140 St. George St. St George-in-the-East, Stepney (Birth Certificate of Johan Martinius Olsen or 144 in 1901 Census). In 1901 she was a tailor and shopkeeper. In 1911 she was living at 4 Cannon Place, Whitechapel. She had 5 sons that we are sure about, and another 3 sons and 1 daughter that could be hers.
